From the point of view of the world, new energy vehicles have become the strategic direction of the development of automobile industry in various countries. The main car countries and enterprises have to accelerate innovation driven development and integration, the industry situation is undergoing profound changes, one is the size of the global market in accelerating expansion; two is the multinational car companies to increase the electric car into the field, strengthen strategic cooperation, accelerate the transformation of electric.

From the perspective of China's industrial development, with the continuous improvement of penetration and preservation of new energy vehicles, the development of new energy vehicle industry in China has entered a new stage, and some problems of unbalanced development are also gradually highlighted.

One is that the charging infrastructure is still a short board for development. On the one hand, the vehicle to pile ratio is only 3.5:1 in China. With the continuous growth of the number of new energy vehicles, the problem of insufficient structural supply of the charging infrastructure is becoming increasingly prominent, and the overall scale is still lagging behind. The number of public charging piles in 2020 is about 500 thousand, but it is still not matched with the scale of the development of new energy vehicles at the same time. On the other hand, the layout of charging facilities is not reasonable enough, the utilization rate of public charging piles is less than 15%, and the sustainable business development mode has not yet formed. There is a two-way contradiction between the difficulties of operation enterprises and the high charging price of consumers.

Two, the policy system still needs to be perfected. In the case of the gradual withdrawal of the monetary support policy, the following successor policies, such as the use of convenience, need to be studied in advance, and the layout should be paid close attention to. Between the various departments of the central government, between the central government and local government, cohesion policy support is not enough; local protectionism still exists in different forms, part of the city set up local directory, leading consumers to select the model space is greatly compressed, resulting in market cut crack, inhibit the vitality of the development.

Three, the core technology needs further breakthroughs. From the power battery, the gap between the high-end products and the foreign countries is little, but the overall innovation ability of the industry is not strong enough. In the field of advanced technology research and development, product consistency guarantee and international development, there are still no small gaps compared with multinational enterprises. From the vehicle perspective, in the real sense, the new generation of pure electric driven platform has not yet been included in the R & D plan of the enterprise. Most of the existing platforms are rebuilt platforms made by the original fuel vehicles. The gap between the fuel cell vehicle and the advanced international level is still widening, and the enterprise is the main body. The innovation system which combines production, learning and research needs to be improved.

Four, the post market circulation service system remains to be improved. In terms of after-sales service, the quality assurance contents of different brands of new energy vehicles are uneven, the policies of battery replacing the old ones are different, and the matching system of after-sale services is lagging behind, which also has a negative effect on the cultivation of the consumer market. At the same time, the lack of the evaluation standard of the new energy vehicle used car market, the imperfect circulation system and the low rate of vehicle value preservation, which affect the long-term development of the new car market.

In addition, the integral approach has been released, but some enterprises also face greater pressure on the standard, in 2016 as an example, 123 automobile companies, 42 companies have not reached the fuel consumption standards, which also has a larger scale of production and marketing enterprises, many enterprises in the product planning and layout of new energy vehicles, from 2019 in 2020, the proportion of integral and there is a certain gap.
